Operation Sinbad
Operation Sinbad is an Iraqi-led initiative to bring about improvements to the quality of life in the area of Basrah city. Operation Sinbad includes neighbourhood improvement projects, infrastructure and agricultural development and overall improvements to the environment throughout Basrah city, plus mentoring of the Iraqi Security Forces.
Although and Iraqi led operation, MNF forces have been deployed in support to provide expertise and practical help on the ground.
